Practical accountability · Canada-wide

Less spinning.
More doing.

When ADHD, FASD, autism, burnout or mental health has you stuck, we turn the mess into one clear next move—then I hold you to the plan.

No shame Realistic plans Actual follow-through

Two calls. Zero motivational wallpaper.

Pick the amount of untangling you need.

Both calls end with a specific commitment. The difference is how much sorting we do before you move.

Action-Plan Call

For the full brain-tangle: too many problems, no clear order and absolutely no clue where to begin.

  • Separate urgent from merely loud
  • Build a short, realistic sequence
  • Put times and deadlines on the plan
  • Schedule the right follow-up

A plan built for real life

Understanding explains the stuck. Accountability changes what happens next.

01

Name the stuck point

We cut through the giant cloud of everything and decide what actually needs attention first.

02

Choose one real move

Not a fantasy twelve-step overhaul. One specific action your actual brain can start.

03

Make the plan concrete

We decide what, when and how—and remove the obvious roadblocks before they win.

04

Get held to it

Follow-up means the plan does not quietly disappear into the same place as your good scissors.

“I understand why you are stuck. Now let's decide what happens next—and make sure it happens.”

Different labels. Same frustrating wall.

This can help when your brain makes ordinary action unusually hard.

I support people living with neurodevelopmental conditions, mental health challenges and executive-function barriers. The goal is not to treat the label. It is to help you move forward with the life in front of you.

You are welcome whether you have a diagnosis, suspect one or simply know that “just do it” has been spectacularly useless advice.

ADHD / ADD FASD Autism / AuDHD Anxiety disorders Depression Burnout PTSD & trauma-related barriers OCD Stable, managed bipolar disorder Grief & major life changes Learning differences Executive dysfunction Other managed mental-health conditions No diagnosis—just seriously stuck

Firm. Respectful. No performance required.

If the plan falls apart, we learn from it. We do not hold a shame parade.

Accountability means saying clearly what happened, identifying the real barrier and making a better next commitment. Sometimes you need encouragement. Sometimes you need someone to say, “Nice explanation. What are you doing by 3:00?”

Reasonable questions

Before your brain invents seventeen reasons not to book.

What if I did not follow the plan?

Then we look at what got in the way, adjust the plan and make the next commitment. Accountability is honest, but it is not shame wearing a clipboard.

Do I need an official diagnosis?

No. If starting, organizing or following through is getting in the way of your life, we can work on the next practical move.

What can we work on?

Paperwork, phone calls, appointments, cleaning, routines, applications, difficult conversations, unfinished projects, basic life admin—or the one task you have been avoiding so long it now has its own weather system.

Is this counselling or therapy?

No. This is peer accountability focused on planning, action and follow-through. It does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental-health condition and it does not replace professional care.

Ready enough is ready.

Bring me the mess. We'll find the next move.

Choose the call that fits. You do not need to organize the story first—that is rather the point.

Need to ask something first?
